Description : iZotope RX Advanced is the most comprehensive software solution for sound restoration on the market today, a unique standalone application designed from the ground up to deal with the entire spectrum of audio problems. In addition to the unique technological qualities that provide maximum results, powerful tools built into the RX can also produce high-quality sound processing that ordinary restoration products are incapable of. This, coupled with completely new signal processing technology, provides a cleaner, more natural and high-quality sound restoration.
iZotope’s award-winning RX 6 Audio Editor is the industry standard for audio repair, restoration, and enhancement. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools focused on alleviating common to complex audio issues. Post production professionals, audio engineers, and video editors alike use RX to transform problematic recordings into production-ready audio.
IZotope is proud to offer 50% off a full range of products for current students and faculty. This discount is available directly through the iZotope store and is only available for full, single product licenses. The discount cannot be used to purchase upgrades, add-on packs, or bundles/suites and cannot be combined with any other promotion. Nov 29, 2018 RX 7 Advanced has every RX feature and is where most of the post-production-related tools are found. Below that is RX Standard, which has just about all the tools that could be used for audio repair in music production. At the bottom is RX Elements, which has a much lower price but a much more stripped-down toolset.
3 new modules in RX 6 Advanced built on iZotope’s innovations in machine-learning and intelligent signal processing. De-wind: designed to reduce or remove intermittent low-end wind rumble that occurs when wind blows into a microphone. De-rustle: removes distracting lavalier microphone rustle and other rustling sounds from your dialogue. I got the early upgrade at a low price, so I took the step from Izotope RX 1 to RX 2 Advanced, at the about the same price as it would cost to buy Izotope RX 2 from the start. I really like the adaptive noise reduction, it does really help when the background noise changes, and gets the job done a little quicker. Design Philosophy
The RX 6 Audio Editor is a visual, selection-based editing environment. Most of its user interface is devoted to the Spectrogram/Waveform display, an integral part of the RX editing workflow. The display enables you to refine and visualize your audio, allowing for better recognition and selection of problem areas.
